Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: No. I do not have a physical brick and mortar store, but ship items out of my house. Additionally, I attend three shows a year as a vendor that are centered around turning. I hope to expand the number of shows I attend in the future, but right now the stanard shows can be found on my Show Schedule page.
Q: Do you do custom pen blank casting?
A: Yes! If I am able to create what you need, I will absolutely make blanks for your project. If I am unable to create what you need, I will recommend another person/company who I know can do the job.
Q: What if I need more blanks than what is available?
A: If you are looking for more blanks than what is available, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and I will invoice you for what you need and make blanks for your order.
Q: I love your work, but don't need any of your products. How can I support Cross Cut Creations?
A: Awesome! I appreciate that! You can choose to support me through Patreon or Buy Me A Coffee (links on the about me page). You can also purchase merch to support what I do. I have almost 50 items available, so there's something for everyone. Lastly, you can like, comment, and share my posts on the various social media platforms.
Q: How often do you come out with new products and/or mixes?
A: There is no set schedule when we release new products or mixes, but we aim to have at least one new mix for every show we attend. New products are something we are working on developing to expand our offerings to our customers.
Q: I don't need your products, but I like what you're doing. How can I support Cross Cut Creations?
